术前气管推移训练在颈椎前路减压植骨融合术中的必要性研究

摘要：

目的:探讨术前气管推移训练在颈椎前路减压植骨融合术中的必要性。方法:2007年3月至2008年2月在南昌大学第一、二附属医院骨科行颈椎前路减压植骨融合手术患者60例,按住院号单、双号分成两组。研究组30例颈椎前路减压植骨融合术前未行气管推移训练,对照组30例术前行气管推移训练。观察两组病例中食管(咽)损伤、咽喉部疼痛、吞咽障碍、咽喉异物感等并发症发生情况。结果:研究组出现咽喉(食管)相关并发症7例,对照组10例,差异无统计学意义(P=0.567)。结论:气管推移训练在颈椎前路减压植骨融合术中并不一定是必须的。
