摘要：

采用空间计量方法,研究上海新进外资企业的空间分布特征,并分析其空间选址所考虑的因素,研究结果表明,上海新进外资企业主要集中于批发零售业,制造业,商务服务和租赁业等5类行业,各主要行业新进外资企业地理分布存在不同程度的中心集聚,外围分散的特征。与此同时,各主要行业新进外资企业仍与"与机场距离"这一传统因素显著负相关,但是与"企业集聚程度"这一因素呈现不同的相关性。
