摘要：

脑外伤是造成死亡和致残的主要原因之一,已成为世界范围内的公共健康负担,一般治疗的效果欠佳。神经营养因子具有促进神经干细胞增殖、分化及促进神经元、轴突、树突生长等功能。本文就神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)等神经营养因子在脑外伤后神经发生及功能障碍治疗情况进行综述,阐述神经营养因子治疗脑外伤的最新进展。
