摘要
中东呼吸综合征(MERS)是一种由中东呼吸综合征冠状病毒(MERS-CoV)感染所致的急性呼吸道传染病,其临床诊断需依据实验室病原学检测结果。本文就MERS-CoV的核酸检测、抗原和抗体检测、病毒分离鉴定及基因变异监测等方面的最新研究进展作一综述。
