中国产业结构调整对经济高质量发展的影响研究

摘要：

中国面临经济高质量发展的新要求,研究产业结构调整与经济高质量发展的关系有助于要素驱动向生产率驱动的经济增长模式转换。在分析产业结构调整对经济发展影响机制的基础上,通过对中国2008—2017年省际面板数据进行实证研究,发现产业结构合理化和高级化对于全要素生产率有显著促进效果,对资本和劳动要素生产率具有不稳定影响过程。通过对全国进行区域异质性检验,发现在中国东部,产业结构高级化通过促进资本生产率和劳动生产率拉动高质量发展;在其他地区作用不显著。稳健性检验支持上述结论。为了有效促进经济高质量发展,在中观层面上应通过提升区域与产业间的资本生产率和劳动生产率来促进产业结构协调发展,并充分发挥产业结构调整的优势实现高质量发展。
