脑源性神经营养因子在OSAHS并发神经功能损害中的作用研究进展

摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)常合并多种神经系统功能损害,但是其对神经系统损害的机制尚不明确。脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)在神经元的生长、分化、损伤修复中起着至关重要的作用,BDNF与OSAHS并发神经功能损害关系密切,如认知减退、情绪障碍、多动障碍等,进一步研究BDNF在神经功能损害中的作用有助于阐述OSAHS对神经系统功能损害的部分分子生物学机制。
