循环肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸的研究进展

摘要
目的循环肿瘤细胞(circulating tumor cells,CTCs)作为恶性肿瘤术后转移的关键因素具有重要临床意义,分析CTCs免疫逃逸的具体机制,将为有效干预CTCs介导的复发与转移提供新的策略。方法应用PubMed和CNKI,以"循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)、免疫逃逸(immune escape)、血小板(Platelets)、自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cells,NK)调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Tregs)、髓源抑制细胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSC)"为主题词检索1869-01—2015-06英文文献138篇、中文文献3篇;入组标准:循环肿瘤细胞;免疫逃逸;免疫杀伤与抑制细胞;临床及基础研究;排除标准:循环肿瘤细胞的富集与检测。结果在循环肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸及存活机制过程中,NK是主要的杀伤细胞,而血小板可能起着保护作用;调节性T细胞及髓源性抑制细胞均发挥负性调控作用。结论调控自然杀伤细胞的功能,抑制负性调控细胞的表达可能是干预循环肿瘤细胞介导的复发与转移的重要方法。
