摘要：

背景神经心理学测评是诊断和研究术后认知障碍(postoperative cognitive dysfunction,POCD)的重要手段。如何规范进行POCD的神经心理学测评目前尚无一致意见。目的分析总结国内外POCD临床研究的文献资料。内容总结国内外常用的POCD神经心理学测评方法,并分析其优缺点。趋向有必要设计一种专门用于POCD的测评量表。这个量表不仅准确全面的反映患者的认知状况,而且测评过程简单,具有多套平行版本。测评结果的评价应使用特殊的统计学方法减少测验误差和练习效应。
