摘要：

近几年,由于对Oddi括约肌功能障碍(SOD)认识的加强,其诊断率有了明显的提高,但对其发病机制尚未完全阐述清楚,缺乏有效的早期诊断手段和治疗措施。此文就Oddi括约肌的生理功能、SOD的发病机制研究及诊治现状作一综述。
