摘要：

脓毒症是全身感染引起的全身炎性反应综合征,了解该领域最新治疗进展,有助于提高对脓毒症患者的救治成功率。《2008年国际严重脓毒症和脓毒性休克治疗指南》再次强调6 h内以液体复苏为主要内容的早期目标导向性治疗。国际液体复苏指南的修订意见倾向于使用白蛋白及晶体液。在抗感染治疗方面,仍强调1 h内给予广谱抗菌药物。至于糖皮质激素的应用及抗凝治疗,仍存在较大争议。保护性肺通气策略及血液净化疗法的确切疗效尚需大规模临床试验证实。脓毒症发病机制复杂,需要针对不同环节综合治疗。
