摘要：

草甘膦是广谱、非选择性、无残留、苗后传导性除草剂,在世界各地广泛应用。随着1990年中期抗草甘膦作物开发成功,草甘膦被广泛用于各种抗性作物来防治禾本科与阔叶杂草。简要讨论了草甘膦使用现况及若干问题,如抗性作物推广导致除草剂使用的变化、雾滴飘移、抗性棉花繁殖器官的异常、草甘膦对非靶标生物的影响、草甘膦与其他农药的关系以及免耕与杂草抗性等。
