氢气对缺血再灌注损伤保护的可能机制

摘要
缺血再灌注损伤是临床上常见的病理过程,目前认为导致缺血再灌注损伤的主要机制与氧化应激反应增强、炎性反应和细胞凋亡等有关。近年来,有研究发现氢气有抗氧化、抗炎性反应和抗细胞凋亡等作用。最近有研究者发现氢气有减轻缺血再灌注损伤的作用。本文主要就氢气对缺血再灌注损伤保护的可能机制进行简要综述。
