摘要：

脱细胞真皮基质(acellular dermal matrix,ADM)是异体或异种皮经过特殊处理制备而成的新型真皮移植替代材料,目前在烧伤创面修复、整形美容、皮肤软组织缺损等方面得到广泛应用。本文就ADM在临床研究及应用进展进行综述。
