摘要：

阿司匹林作为抗血小板聚集的药物广泛应用于动脉硬化性心血管疾病的预防和治疗,但在临床应用中尚存在着一些误区和争论。本文就阿司匹林应用在动脉硬化性心血管疾病中的作用及机理、用药方法、药理基础、主要副作用及阿司匹林抵抗等问题进行综述。
