摘要
企业导师制是国外企业培养员工的一种重要手段,也是国外人力资源管理领域的一个重要研究主题。传统师徒制经过完善形成的导师制在我国企业界也正再度兴起,并且引起了企业人力资源管理部门的重视,但是国内有关企业导师制的研究为数较少。本文对企业导师制的内涵、形式、功能、效益及其效果的影响因素等方面的研究进行了总结,并指出了未来的研究趋势,以期为国内相关研究的开展提供借鉴。
