社会服务评估发展的历史性观察

摘要
本文从实践与研究两个层面,对西方国家的社会服务评估发展进行了综述。基于对社会服务评估实践发展历史的研究,将西方国家社会服务评估实践的发展大致划分为形成期、改革期、规范期、繁荣期和整合期等五个历史时期。通过对社会服务评估研究发展历史的讨论,认为社会服务评估研究范式大致经历了实证主义、后实证主义、建构主义与混合主义的历史转向,在评估模式上大致经历了结果导向、过程导向和整合导向的转变。并根据对社会服务评估发展的历史观察,提出整合主义的社会服务评估时代已经到来,并对整合主义社会服务评估在实践发展与专业发展中的具体表现进行了说明。
