儿童肥胖发病机制的研究进展

摘要
肥胖症呈现低龄化趋势,儿童肥胖可延续至成人期并产生持续危害,其发病机制尚不十分清楚。遗传因素在肥胖发生中起重要作用,然而最近已证实大多数基因作用有限,近期利用人类全基因组关联研究发现几个新的基因与肥胖数量、性状、体质指数密切相关:胰岛素诱导基因2、体脂量和肥胖症相关基因、黑皮质素-4受体基因。尽管随着研究手段的进展发现了更多的肥胖相关基因,但这些基因的具体功能尚不清楚,还存在着种族差异及遗传异质性等问题。近年研究发现非遗传因素中肠道菌群与肥胖的发病有相关性,个体肠道微生物具有特异的代谢效能,而微生物构成的特定特征可能诱发肥胖。
