摘要：

近年来肥胖症的发病率不断上升,而在肥胖诸多的并发症中,其对男性生育力的影响已受到广泛关注。研究表明,肥胖常导致男性精液质量下降、精子蛋白质组学变异、勃起功能障碍等,从而使男性生育力低下,最终可能导致不育。肥胖引起男性不育症的机制较为复杂且不甚明确,物理因素、神经-内分泌因素、遗传因素等均可能参与其中,还需对此方面内容做进一步的深入研究。本文综述了上述相关因素对肥胖男性生殖功能的影响机制及具体表现,旨在积极防控男性因肥胖造成的生育力低下、保障人群生殖健康。
