摘要：

目前有关心力衰竭血液生化标志物的临床试验正在全球广泛地开展。临床试验结果显示,B型利钠肽(BNP)、N-末端利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)对于急性心力衰竭诊断、治疗及预后判断等有重要作用。肌钙蛋白I/T不仅用于急性梗死的诊断,近期研究认为其也可用于急性心力衰竭的诊断及预后判断。严重的急性心力衰竭患者可以出现ST2水平的升高。一些与急性心力衰竭相关的新的标志物也进入临床研究阶段。
