金融危机对中国天生国际化OEM企业的影响及其战略反应研究

摘要：

文章通过整合全球价值链、资源基础观和制度基础观,对金融危机对中国天生国际化OEM企业的影响进行经验研究。结果表明,冲击主要体现为需求下降与财务困难。另一方面,危机也有利于获取战略性资产与优秀人才,迅速强化OEM企业的国际竞争优势。其应对危机所采用的战略主要有:实行电子商务、创新升级、成本控制战略和政府支持。其中创新升级战略对销售增长的贡献度最大,并对企业应对金融危机有重要作用。
