重组人粒细胞-巨噬细胞刺激因子在治疗糖尿病足创面中的疗效观察

摘要：

目的:探讨重组人粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rhGM-CSF)治疗糖尿病足创面的愈合率及临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年4月本院糖尿病足住院患者100例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组给予常规换药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上均匀注射rhGM-CSF治疗。比较两组治疗第1、15、30、45、60天的创面愈合率及临床疗效。结果:对照组治疗第45天可达到有效(40%<愈合率≤80%),试验组治疗第30天可达到有效,治疗第45天可达到显效(创面愈合率>80%);治疗第15、30、45、60天,试验组创面愈合率均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:rhGM-CSF能有效的促进糖尿病足创面愈合。
