摘要：

通过大样本实证研究发现,组织间形成的关系资本通过组织间沟通的中介作用促进了企业的创新绩效。根据制度理论的视角,在我国转型经济背景下,私有企业相对于国有企业更加依赖由其高管团队建立并维持的关系网络内嵌入的关系资本的作用,而组织间沟通对于组织创新的促进作用在环境波动大的情境下发挥得更加明显。
