摘要
丝裂原激活蛋白激酶(MAPK)是保证人体功能正常运行的重要物质,它在细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、应激反应、炎症反应、免疫防御等过程中发挥着重要作用,MAPK异常可导致多种疾病(癌症、炎症、神经性疾病、糖尿病和高血压等)的发生。本文对丝裂原激活蛋白激酶异常导致的相关疾病、治疗药物以及作用机制方面的研究进展进行综述。
