伏立康唑序贯治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并肺曲霉菌病的临床分析

摘要：

目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并肺曲霉菌感染的临床特点及伏立康唑的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法结合文献及临床病例回顾分析36例河北省涿州市医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并肺曲霉菌感染患者的临床资料及伏立康唑治疗的效果。结果慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并肺曲霉菌感染临床表现缺乏特异性,病情危重,但经伏立康唑早期序贯治疗后痊愈率可达25.0%(9/36),有效率为58.3%(21/36)。结论早期积极应用伏立康唑序贯治疗,可提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并肺曲霉菌感染的临床疗效,降低病死率。
