中国老年人潜在不适当用药判断标准(2017年版)

摘要：

借鉴美国、加拿大、日本、法国、挪威、德国、韩国、奥地利、泰国等国家和中国台湾地区的老年人潜在不适当用药(PIM)标准, 参考国家药品不良反应监测中心、全军药品不良反应监测中心和北京市药品不良反应监测中心的老年人严重不良反应所涉及药物情况以及北京市参与"医院处方分析合作项目"的22家医院60岁以上老年患者的用药数据, 采用三轮德尔菲专家咨询法进行遴选, 将遴选出的药物按照专家评分的高低分为高风险和低风险药物, 并按照用药频度的高低分为A级警示和B级警示药物, 最终形成"中国老年人潜在不适当用药判断标准"。中国标准包括两部分内容, 第一部分为老年人PIM判断标准, 包含神经系统用药、精神药物、解热镇痛抗炎抗风湿药物、心血管系统用药等13个大类72种/类药物, 其中28种/类为高风险药物, 44种/类为低风险药物;24种/类为A级警示药物, 48种/类为B级警示药物;每种药物附有1～6个用药风险点。第二部分为老年人疾病状态下PIM标准, 包含27种疾病状态下44种/类药物, 其中25种疾病状态下35种/类药物为A级警示药物, 9种疾病状态下9种/类药物为B级警示药物。
