调节焦点、绩效考核目标取向与员工创新行为的关系

摘要
发展型和评估型两种绩效考核目标取向,如何在个体调节焦点的作用下影响员工的创新行为?笔者认为,个体调节焦点调节了绩效考核目标取向与其创新行为之间的关系。员工越是倾向于促进型调节焦点的特质,发展取向的绩效考核方式相比于评价取向的绩效考核方式,更能激发员工的创新行为;相反,员工越是倾向于防御型调节焦点的特质,评价取向的绩效考核方式相比发展取向的绩效考核方式,更能激发员工的创新行为。
