诊断阿尔茨海默病潜在生物标志物的研究进展

摘要
从第一次对阿尔茨海默病(AD)进行报道,经过几十年的研究,人们发现AD的发病机制与β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)沉积、tau蛋白神经纤维缠结、神经炎性机制学说、神经血管受损学说、氧化应激等密切相关。目前的国际阿尔茨海默病研究组也在最新的AD诊断指南中相继将核心生物标志物——脑脊液中Aβ42、tau蛋白变化用于AD疾病的分期分型,而本文就从AD的病理生理过程进行系统论述,探讨除核心生物标记物(淀粉样蛋白、tau蛋白沉积)外,还有哪些潜在生物标志物可能用于未来明确AD诊断。
