<正>颈椎病是颈椎间盘组织退行性改变及其继发病理改变累及周围组织结构（神经根、脊髓、颈动脉、交感神经等）出现相应的临床表现,被认为是在中老年人群中多发[1]。随着目前学习、升学、就业压力的不断增大,以大学生群体为代表的青年人群颈椎健康状况呈逐渐下滑趋势,在医院门诊中因颈部不适就诊的大学生比例不断升高,引起许多临床工作者的重视。大学生群体颈椎病表现有自身的特点,主要为颈部疼痛、头晕、头痛、记忆力减退、上肢麻木,严重时甚至导致肌力下降,持物不稳,
