摘要：

<正>新生儿胎粪吸入综合征(meconium aspiration syndrome,MAS)系胎儿在宫内或产时吸入混有胎粪的羊水,导致呼吸道和肺泡机械性阻塞、肺泡表面活性物质的失活和肺组织的化学性炎症,生后出现以呼吸窘迫为主,同时伴有其他脏器受损的一组综合征。
