<正>腰椎不稳是慢性腰痛、坐骨神经痛和腰椎术后综合征的重要原因[1],近年来受到广泛关注。腰椎不稳的定义、诊断标准和治疗方法一直存在争议,对腰椎不稳的不同定义和诊断标准与手术适应证密切相关。现就腰椎不稳的诊断和治疗进展综述如下。
