饲料中真菌毒素的分布及检测技术

摘要：

真菌毒素是真菌的代谢产物,在作物的生长及其储藏和运输过程中很容易被感染,在动物饲料中普遍存在,当动物饲喂含有真菌毒素的饲料会造成严重的中毒症状,甚至引起动物死亡。文中详细分析了真菌毒素在饲料中的分布特点,并对相关的检测分析技术进行了综述。
