管理者企业家导向与知识型员工创造力——积极印象管理动机和专业度的双重视角

摘要
通过有机整合管理者的企业家导向、知识型员工的积极印象管理动机、专业度等关键要素,揭示多重因素对知识型员工创造力的复杂作用机理。基于对267套高科技企业知识型员工与其主管领导的配对调研数据分析表明:管理者的企业家导向对知识型员工的创造力具有显著影响;知识型员工的积极印象管理动机部分中介管理者的企业家导向对其创造力的影响;知识型员工的专业度正向调节积极印象管理动机对其创造力的影响。
