外科重症监护室中物理治疗对于患者的干预效应和结局分析

摘要：

目的:探讨早期物理治疗在外科重症监护室(SICU)实施的安全性和有效性,及对术后患者功能恢复的影响。方法:对手术后进入SICU中的患者,麻醉作用消失后,病情处于相对稳定状态时(一般术后24h内),实施早期物理治疗,观察患者治疗中的反应,并评估患者治疗前后氧分压(PO2)、通气与血氧饱和度(FiO2/SpO2)比例,生命体征,心肺功能情况变化,患者在SICU停留时间及并发症等。结果:物理治疗前后PO2、FiO2/SpO2及各项生命体征无明显变化(P>0.05),但肺部X片检查显示浸润性炎症吸收较快,停留在SICU时间缩短,无一例发生下肢深静脉栓塞。结论:早期物理治疗应用于术后SICU患者是安全和有效的,并能缩短患者在SICU住院时间以减少医疗费用,并降低并发症的发生。
