<正>脑卒中后抑郁症(post-stroke depression,PSD)是指在脑血管性疾病发生后出现以抑郁为特征或重性抑郁样发作的心境障碍,其发病率多在30%—60%之间,严重影响患者的生存质量和预后[1],应及早进行干预和治疗。而PSD的发病机制主要包括两种理论[2]:①原发性内源性机制:脑卒中病灶引起单胺类神经递质水平或其受体功能下降而出现抑郁症②
