摘要：

一直以来各种慢性肝病进展过程中肝组织发生结节性病变是研究者关注的热点,肝结节性病变与肝细胞癌变存在着密切关系,肝结节性病变是原发性肝癌的癌前病变。介绍了肝结节性病变的病理特点及影像学表现,归纳了肝结节性病变向原发性肝癌转变的特点,认为早期诊断并及时干预十分必要。
