非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的患者越来越多,有关其发病机制、诊断、治疗等方面的研究众多,但结果仍有争论。主要介绍NAFLD临床研究的最新进展及困境,旨在帮助临床医生提高NAFLD的处理能力,更好地为NAFLD患者服务。
