<正>衰弱(frailty)于20世纪80年代提出,在衰老、长寿等老年医学研究中得到持续关注,其被认为是一种临床症状,表现为耐受的下降以及抵御应激能力的减弱。人体是一个复杂的生理系统,拥有能够承受和适应外界环境应激(衰老、疾病和外伤等)的能力,而在异质性较高的老年人中,这种能力面临着被扰乱的危险。随着衰弱在老年研究中的进展,发现其对筛选出需要医疗帮助的老年人具有提示作用。衰弱评估模型种类繁多,其中较常用的2种:基于美国
