<正>真菌毒素(mycotoxin)是由真菌产生的具有毒性的二级代谢产物,主要包括黄曲霉毒素(aflatoxins,AF)、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(deoxynivalenol,DON)、展青霉素(patulin)、赭曲霉毒素A(ochratoxin A,OTA)、玉米赤霉烯酮(zearalenon,ZON)、伏马毒素(fumonisins)等。上
