摘要：

建立同时测定奶粉中18种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)迁移量的固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱(SPE-GC-MS)方法,以正己烷为提取溶剂,通过超声提取,经硅胶SPE小柱富集净化,以GC-MS分段选择离子监测(SIM)模式分析。该方法具有良好线性,相关系数R均大于0.999,检测限在12.91μg/kg～709.14μg/kg之间,平均回收率在69.77%～104.83%,RSD值在2.49%～9.95%之间,该方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高、重现性好,可同时检测18种PAEs的特点,能满足国内外对奶粉中PAEs迁移量的检测需求。
