植物对低温胁迫响应的分子机理

摘要
本研究在讨论植物对低温的抗性及其调控基因的研究基础上,探讨了植物对低温抗性的分子调控途径,即通过利用转录激活子或者植物激素调控元件改变单个或成组基因的表达来改进主要农作物对低温的抗性;结合我们在细胞骨架参与植物对低温抗性及其调控机理方面的工作,提出了植物激素或低温锻炼诱导的冷反应基因表达可能影响细胞骨架的动态特性,进而调节植物对低温的抗性。
