摘要：

介绍了酶联免疫分析法(ELISA)的原理、方法类型及ELISA试剂盒等,重点阐述了近年来ELISA在乳品检测中的应用,包括ELISA用于乳品中蛋白质、抗生素、激素、毒素、磺胺类药物、微生物、三聚氰胺、维生素的检测,并对酶联免疫分析法在乳品检测中的应用前景进行了展望。
