双重嵌入下网络惯例刚性对探索性创新的影响

网络组织常出现的惯例刚性现象会影响其探索性创新,但惯例刚性作用效应会受到网络嵌入的影响。为了揭示双重网络嵌入下网络惯例刚性对探索性创新的作用机制,对软件业、高端制造业、信息传输业、制药等行业258份调查数据进行实证分析,结果发现:网络认知刚性、网络行为刚性都不利于企业探索性创新;网络惯例刚性与探索性创新之间的关系受其所嵌入的双重网络影响。在较高社会网络嵌入差异情况下,网络认知刚性、网络行为刚性与探索性创新的负向关系加强。相以地,在较高知识网络嵌入下,网络认知刚性、网络行为刚性与探索性创新的负向关系也会加强。
