基于层次分析法的糖尿病网络健康信息评估

摘要：

目的通过对国内与糖尿病有关的主要网站进行评估, 为网络健康信息资源质量的提高以及利用问题提供参考。方法借助搜索引擎, 检索出24个国内与糖尿病有关的网站, 参考和借鉴国外健康信息资源评估研究工作, 建立评估指标;采用层次分析法, 确定各项指标权重并分别为24个网站进行评分。结果本次评估的3个一级指标中, 与媒体特性、健康信息特性指标相比, 糖尿病信息特性指标得分偏高;健康信息特性和糖尿病信息特性存在着明显的因果关系;相对于其他糖尿病信息特性二级指标, 糖尿病网络健康信息的实用性和新颖性得分相对偏低;参与评估的24个网站所提供的糖尿病网络健康信息质量良莠不齐, 评分差很大, 糖友网获得的评估分数最高(约3.2分), 全民健康网评估分数最低(约1.7分)。结论我国的糖尿病网络健康质量有待提高, 应加强对糖尿病的网络健康信息的技术、人力、资金等投入。
