LBS用户信息公开意愿影响因素分析——基于交换理论的实证研究

移动互联网技术的发展使得基于位置的服务(LBS)逐渐兴起。然而,用户在使用过程中是否愿意向LBS服务提供商公开个人信息成为LBS能否进一步推广的关键问题。本文以社会交换理论为基础,从感知利益和感知风险的行为决策角度来构建影响LBS用户信息公开意愿的认知过程模型,并从用户个体差异与LBS服务特性两个方面对该隐私决策过程的影响因素进行了探究。通过对131份有效样本数据的分析,本文对研究假设进行了验证。结果显示,用户对LBS的利益与风险的感知和权衡决定了其提供个人信息的意愿,个人创新性和个性化均会在一定程度上影响用户的感知利益和感知风险;同时,定位精准性会影响用户的感知利益,信息敏感性、以往隐私经历均会影响用户的感知风险。
