个体知识共享动机:国外研究综述与本土化的理论拓展

摘要
知识共享动机成为知识管理领域研究的热点问题。从知识共享动机的作用、组成内容、理论依据和影响因素等四个方面综述了国外有关个体知识共享动机的研究成果。然后对国内学者的研究成果作了述评,并通过分析本土文化特征,进一步拓展了个体知识共享动机的内容体系,提出在中国文化背景下个体知识共享的伦理动机和关系动机。最后进行总结,并提出了未来开展本土化研究的方向。
