子宫肌瘤治疗研究进展

摘要：

子宫肌瘤是一种妇科常见的良性肿瘤,迄今为止其病因及发病机制还不太明确,且无理想的治疗药物。一般认为子宫肌瘤的发生和雌激素的长期刺激有关,其家族性较明显。本文总结了近年来子宫肌瘤的发生与治疗的研究进展,分别从遗传基因、激素、生长因子及其它主要旁路等方面进行总述,并根据治疗方法的不同,进行分别论述,以期寻找出新的研究方法,为子宫肌瘤治疗药物的相关研究提供依据。
