摘要
近年来,全球肥胖相关非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的发病率和患病率不断上升,但其发病机制尚未完全清楚,临床仍缺乏有效防治手段。目前普遍认为肥胖相关NAFLD是一个多系统疾病,最近研究也证实肠道菌群及其代谢产物在肥胖相关NAFLD发病中起重要作用。作为肠道菌群主要代谢产物短链脂肪酸(short-chain fatty acids,SCFAs),可能通过多种途径(肠道、脂肪组织、肝脏)介导机体炎症反应,直接或间接影响肥胖相关NAFLD的发生发展。因此,从SCFAs及其受体信号通路的角度,探讨肥胖相关NAFLD治疗的药物靶点,将是防治NAFLD的新途径。
