人工关节置换术后假体周围感染的诊断

摘要：

<正>初次人工关节置换术后感染的发生率为0.5%～2%,而人工关节翻修术后的感染率高达初次置换的4倍。假体周围感染是关节置换术后的灾难性并发症,且多为深部感染,处理起来非常棘手。人工关节置换术后感染诊断的确立需要多项检查与综合分析,做到早期、准确诊断有时很困难。患者的临床表现常常不典型,必须对体格检查、病史、影像学检查、组织学、微生物学、实验室常规检查结果进行综合分析,才能确定感染的诊断。一、人工关节置换术后感染的诊断指标从假体周围组织或关节液中培养出细菌是诊断感染的
