摘要：

在"增强自主创新能力,建设创新型国家"的战略背景下,从创新能力的视角考察中国技术引进可以为战略路径选择提供有益的参考。从创新能力的视角综述了中国技术引进及溢出的渠道、效果和影响因素。现有研究结果表明,技术引进仍然是中国获取技术能力的重要来源,并且具有显著的正向效应,但是中国技术引进还存在诸多问题,需要进一步通过政策调整和吸收能力的培养,形成"引进—消化吸收—扩散—再创新"的良性循环,实现从跟随模仿向自主创新能力形成路径转变。另外,从研究方法而言,研究需要进一步加强产业和区域案例研究,解决具体存在的实际问题。
