Alzheimer病及血管性痴呆患者血脂水平变化相关性研究

摘要
目的探讨Alzheimer病(AD)和血管性痴呆(VD)与血清脂质水平的关系。方法测定了21例Alzheimer病1、6例血管性痴呆患者血清脂质代谢水平,并与正常健康同龄人组30例进行比较。结果AD组和VD组血浆总胆固醇、三酰甘油明显高于对照组(P<0.05);AD组和VD组载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)显著低于对照组,其中AD组(P<0.05),VD组(P<0.01);但AD、VD两组间差异无统计学意义;VD组血浆α-脂蛋白明显高于AD组、对照组(P<0.05),而AD组、对照组之间差异无统计学意义;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白B(apoB)各组之间差异无统计学意义。结论患者血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油的增高和apoA1的下降可能和痴呆发病有关,降低血脂可能有助于AD和VD的防治。
